Excellent product and service. I ordered the Oxcart and had it in my garage in a week exactly as specified. I put the cart together and started using it as soon as possible. I was very pleased with how it handled behind my Ranger UTV. However, after a day’s use, I noticed the tires rubbing on the tub. I contacted Oxcart and Jennifer answered in less than 24 hours. After discussion, Jennifer sent me the parts we thought necessary to correct the issue. Again, I received the parts as specified and started to address the issue, only to find out I had mounted the tires backward. Once I corrected the mounting of the tires, there was no issue with clearance. Jennifer and team allowed me to keep the replacement tub at no charge even though the fault was all mine. I look forward to many years of use and if I need another cart, will definitely go to Oxcart.
